It’s time to get to the higher ground (for better visibility, and easier mobility).ġ. Next, remember, that there are several seconds after you kill a maw before next one pops. You can live with a few being slower and joining midway. Also, remember, that with 7-8 people going at it, you actually need only 4-5 to get to maws relatively fast. Try to get everyone up to updraft gliding mastery. Keeping people in a fight where we constantly lose is tiring, so I’d like to approach our next raid into the Precipice with a new strategy. How can we, with our small numbers, make it to each spawn while maintaining the DPS to kill everything? Do any other guild leaders who run small guilds have an idea?Īny help or advice would be appreciated. How is a small guild like ours, with very little help on call, supposed to do this? Two parties of ten to go to different areas (this dropped our dps), a smaller group of 7-8 to keep it to one spawn, (we then found ourselves having issues making it to the spawns in time.) The sheer scale of the Precipice is amazing, I love the layout, but for this event, the low time limit coupled with the ground that needs covered while under fire much of the time, has left me and my guild frustrated and demoralized. If it wasn’t the fact that the spawns are ludicrously, punishingly far away from each other, it was the fact that when we arrived, we were wiped out slowly. Well tonight we attempted to take the Lost Precipice.ĭISASTER. We have allies to help us with things, but even they are small in number. So while I am sure this has been mentioned before, after an entire evening of trying, I find myself drawn to make a plea for help.
